Wholesale We do offer wholesale rates. To qualify, the reseller license of your business must be on file. Please fill out the wholesale application or contact us for more information.
Price Change Notice Prices are not always under our control, and may change without notice. If you have any questions about prices or possible price changes, feel free to contact us.
Shipping Information We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) unless requested otherwise. All orders are shipped as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours, or the next business day. On occasion we may have to delay shipment if the item is handmade or out of stock - in which case we will notify you via email. Postage rates are calculated based on the cost of your order.
Returns & Exchange Policy
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS DURING THE MONTH OF OCTOBER, OR THE FIRST WEEK OF NOVEMBER. We will only exchange defective items during this time for a replacement item.
During the rest of the year: We must be notified by phone or email of any returns within 7 days of receipt of your package.
You may return items for any reason, so long as they are returned in good, original, unused condition. Do not ship your items back without a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damages If your package is obviously damaged, please do not accept it. Send it back and we will reship it right away. Returns for any other reason must be made within 7 days. Contact us for an authorization number.
Back Orders In the event we are out of something you order, we will notify you how long we estimate before it will be back in stock.
Tax All retail orders inside California must include the California State Sales Tax. The rate for our area is currently 8.25%.
How do I know if the order I placed online went through? An email confirmation will be automatically sent to you after you place your order. Normally you will receive this confirmation within minutes of placing your order. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us, and we will check our records for you.
Is it safe to place orders on your website? Yes, we do have secure online ordering. We use SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption, which is an industry standard encryption program that protects all http transmissions from break-ins by unauthorized parties.

What methods of payment do you accept? We accept payment with Pay pal. We also accept money orders and cashiers checks, payable in US funds. Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards are processed over the phone. Sorry, we no longer accept personal checks for mail orders.
